DELIVERY & FREIGHT INFORMATION:

ALL orders, incur a Standard freight charge is based on a standard 3kg A3 (34cm x 42cm) $17.50.  

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES:  EXCEED 3kg GW & or A3 (34cm x 42cm) size or GW, will be subject to additional freight charges based on the GW & or Dimensions. We do our upmost to get the best freight deals possible however customers are invited to use their own freight company if preferred by providing us further details.

LARGE BULKY ITEMS OR PELLET SIZE FREIGHT: please insure that forklift access is available at delivery point.

Products purchased and paid via online are dispatched to clients via various courier services within Australia. Delivery could take up to 2 to 5 business days for rural or interstate unless they are paying for a priority service. Products are dispatched from our warehouse based in Melbourne SE Region. We suggest that customers get their orders in before 1pm as we have various pick up cut off times with different carriers.

1. Trucktools will endeavor to deliver products promptly. However, are not responsible for delays in delivery by the courier and other unforeseen circumstances including lost or stolen items and products that are out of control of Trucktools. Customers are advised to contact the delivery partner directly for information if / when delivery is delayed. 

2. All orders dispatched require a signature of receipt at the nominated delivery address. Trucktools will take request\s that products are to be left at outside of the address (premises) however this request is at the full responsibility of the purchaser.

3. Trucktools are not responsible for any charges incurred (imposed by the courier companies) by non collection at the time of first delivery attempt.


Delivery partners: 

We have partnered with various delivery service organizations for prompt and excellent service to our customers. TNT Road Express or Overnight Express , Australia Post and in some cases, Courier Please. Customers are welcome to nominate their own carrier and we can make a booking on their behalf if they are happy to provide their carriers account details.

Once product\s are dispatched, customers can track their orders via a provided tracking number given if the customer has provided their email address.

Please note that products will only be dispatched once payment is made in full.
