Applications include Paccar PX-6, 1989-2016 Cummins 4BT 3.9L, B Series 5.9L, ISB 5.9L 6.7L and QSB 5.9L 6.7L.
If you're working on an ISB in a medium duty application it will require front installer 3164659 instead.
This tool installs seals such as 3937111 and 3904353. If installing seal & wear sleeve kit 3802820 for example, you'll need both tools.
